Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used when you visit pixelpress3d.com, contact us, or apply for and take part in a PixelPress3D mentorship. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Polish data protection law.

Mentorships are delivered together with mentor Andreas Stavaas, who works on behalf of PixelPress3D. He has access to applications and mentee work only to deliver the mentorship, and only on our instructions.

Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we can’t reply to you or review your application. We don’t collect special categories of data (for example health data) and we don’t use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. How long we keep it

Contact messages: up to 6 months after our last exchange.
Applications that don’t lead to a mentorship: up to 6 months after we reply, so we can get back to you if a slot opens up. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Mentorship data: for the length of the mentorship, then up to 3 years in case of any claims related to the contract.
Invoices and accounting records: 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax was due, as Polish law requires.
Analytics data: Google Analytics keeps event data for 2 months (set in Analytics → Admin → Data retention).

4. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and the mentorships, under data processing agreements:

Seohost.pl (Poland) — website hosting, stored form submissions and our email inbox
Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC — Google Analytics (only with your consent) and Google reCAPTCHA
Automattic Inc. (Akismet) — spam filtering of contact form messages
Cal.com, Inc. — booking mentorship sessions
Discord Inc. — mentee community, Q&A sessions and video calls
Stripe Payments Europe Ltd — processing payments (we never see your full card details)

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some of these providers (Google, Automattic, Cal.com, Discord and Stripe) may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, and analytics cookies only if you allow them. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie button in the bottom corner of every page. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

access your personal data and get a copy of it,
have it corrected or deleted,
restrict its processing,
receive it in a portable format (data processed on the basis of consent or contract),
object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before,
lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.

To use any of these rights, email contact@pixelpress3d.com. We reply within one month.

8. California residents

If you live in California you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to delete it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Send requests to contact@pixelpress3d.com.

9. Age

Our mentorships are intended for people aged 16 and over. If you’re younger, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us first.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to form submissions, and keeping our software up to date.

11. Changes

We may update this policy, for example when we add a new service. The current version is always on this page with its effective date.
